We have been in our new location now for over 6 months. It seems to be a convenient alternative for East and North Bay designers. I, for one am so happy to not have to commute over the Bay Bridge every day. Since I live behind the Claremont Hotel, I just roll down the hill. If you haven’t stopped by, Lydia and I would like to invite you to come and see our new space.
We are still selling from the floor, just like we did at The Sherrill Collection. I try and represent all of our products on the floor, including several new lines. Bernhardt, Charleston Forge, and Mr and Mrs. Howard, just to mention a few.
With the new furniture, I have blended a lot of vintage pieces to give it a more eclectic look. Apparently, there are a lot of great artists in the Berkeley area, who knew? As a result, I am representing some fun new artists. Jane Zurcher makes some amazing orchid arrangements, which we sell and donate all of the proceeds to City Team of Oakland.
Thank you for reading to this point. I am new to this blogging idea, so hopefully it was ok.

We are bringing in the New Year with our new expanded location near the Claremont Hotel. It has been so much fun shopping for merchandise old and new to offer you unique home furnishings. We have also added new and fresh furniture and fabric lines . Please stop by and see our charming showroom filled with beautiful items that you can take from the floor.
Taylorblue is expanding! Last year we relocated from the San Francisco Design Center to Berkeley, next to the Claremont Hotel. After being in our new location for over a year, we realize that we need more space in which to show our lines. We are in the process of renovating a charming 1913 firehouse, which has been known as Giorgi Gallery for many years.
Taylorblue will once again be able to offer lamps pictures and accessories directly off the floor. Please see some of our new items to come below! We will be opening in the late fall and hope that you will come and visit our new location!
